A popular accent plant with rush-like foliage and clusters of strongly scented flowers that appear in spring.  Ideal for adding contrast alongside broad-leafed plants.  Use next to ponds or as a border plant.  Grow in a sunny to partly shaded position in moist, well drained soil.  Very adaptable to most garden situations but does best in a moist position.
