Has fine lime green leaves that stay lush all year round.  In summer fragrant small yellow flower spikes emerge.  This plant is extremely hardy and tolerates frost and dry conditions.  Grows in full sun to part shade and is adaptable to most clay, loam and well drained soils and performs well under stress.  Requires little maintenance and best initially fed with a slow release low phosphorus fertiliser to help establish when first planted.  Mulching around the base of the plant will help retain moisture and suppress weeds.  Excellent to use for contrast low level plantings and to create borders.
