An evergreen tall shrub, or small tree, with narrow, aromatic leaves and small white flowers produced in summer.  Ideal garden shrub for an open, sunny position tolerating light frosts and some coastal exposure.  Prune lightly for shape if required and apply complete fertiliser during spring and autumn.
