Succulents are robust plants with fleshy leaves and stems and are the ultimate drought tolerant, low maintenance plant.  Full sun is essential.  Succulents tolerate dry, harsh conditions but will nevertheless perform well in normal garden conditions as long as drainage is good.  Regular application os seasol will keep it looking its best.
