In spring new variegated growth emerges bright yellow with a light green centre.  By late spring the bush is covered with soft pink buds that open to white blooms flowering well into autumn.  Foliage turns to golden yellow with deeper green markings in summer.  Autumn foliage is bright orange turning into fiery red in winter months.  Sunny location in a well drained soil.  A light prune in early spring, along with an application of slow release fertiliser is recommended.  If hedging - regular light trims will be required to maintain preferred shape and size.
